1. Exchange Eligibility


We offer exchange under the following conditions:

Wrong item received

Damaged or defective product

Change of mind

Size/fit issues (unless specified otherwise)

Any reason other than damage or wrong item

2. Exchange Window

Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Request an Exchange


Follow these steps:


Go to My Orders → Order Details → Exchange

Select your preferred exchange option

Submit the exchange request with:

Clear product images

Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims)

4. Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

You can replace the product with the same variant OR choose another product

If there is a price difference, you will need to pay the additional amount (if applicable)

5. Pickup & Quality Check

The product will be picked up only if:

It is in original condition

Includes all tags, packaging, and accessories

Exchange will be rejected if:

Product is used, damaged (by customer), or missing packaging

6. Shipping & Replacement

Replacement product will be shipped after successful pickup and inspection

Delivery timelines may vary based on location

7. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is applicable (price difference):

It will be processed after the exchanged product is delivered

No refund/exchange will be issued if:

Product fails quality check

8. Important Notes

We do not offer returns, only exchanges

Unboxing video is mandatory for all damage/wrong item claims

Once the product is exchanged, no further exchange request will be accepted

We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet policy criteria
